Directional Drilling ( HDD )

KM Ultrabore is the ideal bentonite based fluid for use in HDD applications :

• An ultra high yield bentonite specially formulated for Horizontal Directional Drilling and Diaphragm Wall applications where hole stabilisation and efficient removal of cuttings is critical.  It forms a strong thin filter cake on the hole wall with low fluid loss which lubricates the drill string and helps ensure a gauge hole. 
• KM Ultrabore exhibits excellent low shear viscosity but with controlled gels for ease of pumping and cleaning over shakers and in cyclones.
• KM Ultrabore is easy to mix, disperses readily in water, and is non toxic and non- fermenting.
